These stand alone Air Conditioned Cabinets are designed to keep the enclosed Servers and other I.T. equipment at an even temperature. Ideal for use in areas where control of the ambient temperature is not possible or the installation of external air conditioning is prohibited (Listed Buildings etc).
Another benefit is as the Racks are tested to IP55 this helps protect your IT equipment from dust.
Built using Cabinets from the worlds leading enclosure manufacturer Rittal, they are available in sizes up to 47U high and 1000mm deep.
The A/C units are self contained including condensate evaporation (no dripping) so only require connection to mains electricity.
Racks fitted with a single A/C unit offer cooling levels of up to 2.5KW (8,500 BTU) for 230 volt single phase and 4KW (13,500BTU) for 400 volt three phase although this can be increased further by the fitting of two units per cabinet. The A/C unit is covered by a 12 month manufacturers on site parts and labour warranty which can be extended if required.
